Our little models...

I have been busy doing craft fairs and open houses. These are some pictures I took of the boys as my models. They were very cooperative, and as a proud mother, very handsome too. They both make me laugh. Kason is liking school. Has a couple girls who like him. He was sitting between them when I picked him up one afternoon. The two girls were fighting over who he likes better... Kason raised both arms and said "I like you both the same!"
Kash is always doing something funny. The other day I was getting ready to go into town. He walked past the bathroom door and said "Mom you look handsome." Then moments later walked by again and said "And you smell so sweet." Cute!
Brayke has started talking more. Says things like "rum rum, kit kat, (thanks to Halloween for that one), go, bus, school. Wow there's more than I thought. He will be two in January. I will miss his little pitter patter bare feet slapping on the floor and his new "karate" dance someday. i need to be better at documenting these things.

Summer Happenings

We had fun this summer. These are a few of the hundreds of pics. Kash turned 3. We asked him what he wanted to do and he told us he was going fishing in the dark with Daddy. We went up to Island Park around his birthday and took the boys fishing. Brad is riding his dad's new toy. We went to the gravel pit up there to ride around. The sides were so steep Kase barely made it up with his 4 wheeler. He was spinning out at the top. It was so fun to watch him.

Finally a new post.

Kason started Kindergarden. We are so proud of him. He has done really well. He got to have the pricipal come into his class and reward him for being a "bucket filler." This week we are going to an assembly where he will be recognized. He is such a good boy.

Kase's First Race!!

A few weeks ago Kason was in a 4wheeler race in Idaho Falls. We have been thinking about letting him doing it for a couple years. He is a very good rider. Which makes sense because of all his farm racing. We built him a "track" a while back just outside our house for him to ride on. It has paid off, he is quite good. He raced in a Pee Wee 5occ class. He ended up getting second place. It was so cute to watch him. Way to go Kase!! There is another one in Idaho Falls tomorrow. Good Luck.

Happy 4th!

We had a fun 4th. We went to Ice Age 3 earlier that day. It was really cute. Kason didn't move a muscle the whole show. I can't wait til the other two do that. As for fireworks we went into Blackfoot. We were a little disappointed they only lasted about 15 minutes. After that we went to Grandma & Grandpa Palmer's to visit and light our little kids pack of fireworks. The boys loved the sparklers this year. Especially Brayke. He held so still, mezmorized. It was a fun holiday.

Back before the rain...

We were able to play outside more this spring than this summer! Don't get me wrong I don't mind the rain. The boys are having a hard time finding things to do. Kason wakes up every morning and says "Is it gonna rain today? Will my soccer/tball game be canceled?"
I love this picture of Brad and the boys and a pretty sunset. What else could you ask for?

Go Pirates!! Go Tigers!!

Lately my life consists of Monday-Soccer, Tuesday-Tball, Wednesday-Soccer Practice, Thursday-Tball, Friday-everything else I didn't get done the rest of the week.
Kason loves both sports. He is so good. I am so proud of him. Soccer is fun because I am his coach along with Stacie. We have 5 little boys on our team. Only 3 play at a time so the little guys get pretty worn out. I am enjoying it.

May Mayhem

Here is a recap of May. We went to Burley to my Grandpa's birthday dinner. The Mexican place we ate had mustaches in the quarter machine! I thought that was awesome. Something I had never seen before. (Only at a Mexican joint)
Next is Brayke's feet at Jensen's Grove. We had a nice day a couple weeks ago and went with Tiffany and her kids. I just love Braykes cute chubby feet.

Moving onto Baby Animal Day at the Fairgrounds. This has become a yearly occasion for us. The boys love to go see all the animals. Chicks, duckling, lambs, piglets, calves, and even snakes. It's a lot of fun. Grandma Palmer came with us this year along with Angela (Brad's sister) and her kids.

"Ketchup"

I have been slacking on posting due to a virus on my computer. So here's our last few posts to "ketchup"
Brad's sister Jen asked me to make a blanket for her daughter Paislee to match something I made her for her birthday. After countless hours of sewing here it is. I loved it. I wasn't sure I would be able to give it to her. I haven't heard if she liked it or not yet. Hope so.

Jack Jack.

At a bike shop a couple of weeks ago the salesman told us Brayke looked a lot like Jack Jack on The Incredibles. I couldn't remember quite what he looked like so we watched the movie that night. Here's the results. What do you think??? A resemblance?

Easter Weekend

We had a fun Easter. Saturday was Brad's niece's baptism in Utah. We went down Friday and stayed at my Shawn & Diane's home in Layton. Saturday morning we went to the Hill Air Force Base Museum. They had some really neat planes. The boys had a lot of fun in their learning center. Of course the gift shop too!
After the baptism we had dinner and and egg hunt Angela planned. It was really nice of her. There were a lot of eggs and prizes.
That night we came home due to our 9:00 church on Sunday. Brad and I are in nursery so we can't miss very easily.
Sunday was a beautiful day. Kason got a new bike from the Eater bunny. Kash got a new trike so they were happy to see the sunshine. Brayke cannot be kept indoors! He loved the sun too.
Mom and Dad had us over for Easter dinner. All of our favorites. Then off to Drue and Wendi's. It was a fun weekend.

Our little "heart Brayker"

I was taking some pictures of Brayke the other night. He thinks he is so big. He was climbing up onto the rocking chair and rocking. With a huge smile. We haven't seen much of his smile lately since he has been sick. The funniest thing about this little photo shoot was I was just taking them in the living room and Kason came over holding a blanket saying I needed a backdrop. What a big helper. He is around a lot when I take photos for people but I didn't realize he was around that much. Thanks Kase. The pictures turned out cute.

Soccer Mom? Coach??

We signed Kason up for soccer last night. We coordinated with his friends mom so they could be on the same team. We figured it would be easy. The lady told us she couldn't guarantee they would be on the same one unless one of us coached. Long story short Stacie and I are coaching our boys' team. Brad didn't think I could do it. He laughed. But how hard could it be. I could always go buy the soccer for dummies book! I was inspired by this picture. I think I need to "Bedazzle" my whistle.

Brad

So my blog never has much about Brad so I am going to post a few pictures of him on his sled recently. He hasn't gotten to go much this winter but his love for it is still passionate. There are a couple more really neat photos in Island Park. I will post them later. Complications. I am getting used to my new camera and taking lots of photos. Maybe if Brad likes some of them he will ask me to come along more. Ha Ha.

More pics for Saturday.

Saturday we stayed home and played outside. Kason had fun with his cousins in the sled and on tiny zoomer. Brad got his sled out too and rode a little. Kash loved riding in the sleds. He had the biggest grin the entire time. We had only one incident. Kash must have gone over a bump and bit his lip. It was a fun day.

He had that giant smile the whole way down.
